We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. Maybe it’s the wrong size. Maybe it’s your ex’s favorite color. Whatever the reason, Luxe-lady offers easy returns and hassle-free refunds.
2. Return Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with tags and packaging
- Return initiated within 7 days of delivery

Go to “My Orders” → Select item → Click “Request Return”

Select reason and upload image (if applicable)

We schedule a pickup or guide you to self-ship

Once we receive and inspect it, the refund is initiated
5. Refund Timelines
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed and credited withing 5- 10 days
- COD: Refunded to bank or wallet

6. Exchange Policy
- Exchange allowed for sizing only (subject to stock availability)
- No exchange for different products
- One-time exchange per order only
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If we messed up, we’ll fix it. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Share photos of:

- Packaging
- Invoice
- Exchanges products will be delivered within 2- 10 days
